Arko Prestige Spa is open every day, from 10 am to 11 pm. The last treatments start depending on their length: feel free to call us for a late-evening session.

What should I bring?
Nothing essential: linen is provided and each room is prepared before you arrive. If you wish, simply bring a swimsuit for the hammam.
Can we come as a couple?
Yes. The VIP Hammam is enjoyed as a duo in the private suite, and the Royal Duo Package combines hammam, Californian massage and facial for two people. Just let us know when you book.
How long does a session last?
From 30 minutes for an express glow facial to 2h30 for the Arko Prestige Ritual. A traditional hammam lasts 45 minutes, a massage between 50 minutes and 1h20. Allow a few extra minutes for the welcome and tea.
What happens during a first hammam?
After the welcome, you step into the warmth of the hammam to open the pores, then your therapist applies black soap, performs the kessa scrub and, depending on the package, the ghassoul wrap. We explain each step on our hammam page.
